My name is Kuba Grzeda and I’m proud to support John Bennett as he runs for Alaska State Senate in District Q.
John is running for public office because he cares about our state and our community. He came to Alaska at the age of 19 and recently retired from a quintessentially Alaskan series of careers, including working on the pipeline, commercial fishing, and geology. John’s worked out of three different Unions and negotiated several Union contracts, and he’s helped design and build many critical infrastructure projects across Alaska.
John is running as an independent to listen, collaborate, and legislate: three things we desperately need our elected leaders to embrace. He’s brave enough to build bridges and tackle complex problems during a difficult and partisan time.
I’ve been fortunate to know John and his family for many years. He and his have always been kind and open to those who needed a helping hand or a warm word. John and his wife Deborah have deep roots in public service, and they and their kids are all generous in their love for our community.
John has what it takes to help build a better future for us all. He’s running to represent Farmer's Loop, Birch Hill, Fox, Chena Hot Springs Road, North Pole-Badger Road, Eielson, Salcha, Harding Lake, and Birch Lake. I hope he can count on your support.
Please vote for John Bennett on November 8th.

Just the kind of people Alaska needs as leaders!
