Local Candidate Kickoff: Wednesday, June 14 at 5:30, Ester Park

Meet local candidates for FNSB School Board and Borough Assembly.

Three seats on the Assembly (Currently held by Lojewski, who’s termed out, Wilson, and Cash) are up for election on October 3. Cash filed election paperwork last week and Wilson (I've been reminded) has also already filed to run.

The school board seats held by April Smith, Maggie Matheson, and Tim Doran are up as well. April Smith has filed a letter of intent to run again.

Among the new candidates, I’ve met and spoken with Scott, Bobby, Nick, and Liz and I’m very excited they are running. All union members, all great people.

Even one won seat shifts the majority for both School Board (depending on the seat) and Assembly.
